Refund Policy for Retreats & in-person Workshops,

All deposit payments are non-refundable, including those for online courses and in-person practitioner training.
Additionally, refunds are not available for any in-person events.

If you cancel at least 60 days in advance of the in-person event, we can apply your payments to a future course or in-person event within this calendar year or the next. 

If you cancel with less than 60 days notice before the in-person event starts, we can only apply your payment to a future course or in-person event ONLY if the current event fills.

If we choose to cancel an in-person event, we will refund your payment or apply it to a future course or event as you wish.

We reserve the right to cancel an in-person event with at least 14 days notice, although it would be extremely rare that we would do so. In the event that we cancel any event we are not responsible for any other costs that you have incurred other than course fees paid to us, such as (but not limited to) lodging, transportation, or meals, so please plan lodging and travel accordingly. 

If a retreat centre cancel our reservations that we have made in good faith or for any other reasons that their facility becomes unsuitable or the event becomes impossible for reasons beyond our control, (including but not limited to political situations, natural disasters etc) we will do our best to find an alternate venue on dates that are as close as possible to the original event or apply your payments to a future event, but we will not be able to refund your payments.

Online Course Payments
All payments made for our online courses are final and non-refundable. By enrolling in a course, you agree to this no-refund policy, regardless of the reason for cancellation, withdrawal, or failure to complete the course. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency to all participants, given the immediate access to course materials and resources upon enrolment.

Payment Plans
If you choose to enrol using a payment plan, you acknowledge that the total course fee is divided into scheduled payments. These payments are automatically processed on the agreed-upon dates using the payment method you provided at the time of enrolment. By selecting the payment plan option, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. All instalments made under a payment plan are also non-refundable. This includes any payments that are automatically scheduled and processed, even if you decide to discontinue the course or do not complete it.

It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available on the scheduled payment dates. If a payment fails, the system may attempt to process the payment again, or you may be contacted to resolve the issue. Continued failure to make payments may result in restricted access to course materials and/or termination of your enrolment without refund.

By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. Your continued enrolment constitutes acceptance of these terms, including the no-refund policy and the conditions of the payment plan.
