The training is located at
Bella Rakha
in Auckland, New Zealand
The training takes place at Bella Rakha Retreat Centre in Auckland – set in 32 acres of park-like grounds and native bush. The retreat property is a true escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, but only a 25 minute commute from Auckland CDB. The full training is taught during this six-day in-person immersion. There are no prerequisites or prior experience required. We also don’t request any refresher courses, so once you complete the training along with your case studies, you will be fully qualified and certified to practice. Case studies can be completed in 3 weeks but you do have 12 months to complete them.
Our practitioner training is fully certified and recognised worldwide with IICT (International Institute Of Complementary Therapists). This will enable you to receive global insurance coverage.
The training is priced at AUD $4999 and includes full accommodations, along with three wholesome, catered meals per day for 5 nights and 5 full days with unlimited tea throughout each day.
Class Times
ARRIVAL – you can arrive at 8am on May 11th and we will begin class at 9am.
DEPARTURE – we will finish at 3pm on the final day, May 15th .
Transport
When driving out west, you can head to Oratia from the North Western Motorway either from Waterview, TeAtatu, for the most direct routes. Once you have reached the round-a-bout at Parrs Park and West Coast Rd…
- Head west at round-a-bout to Oratia and Waitakere Ranges/Piha
- Bottom of second hill, past Mobil Station and Oratia District School
- We are opposite Dairy & Orchard – driveway on right
- Our driveway is a long winding road, 800m to the main buildings
- When arriving for an event, veer left at the fork and park on the concrete areas around the island next to the main buildings (no need to check in at the office)
- The hall will be on your left, with the kitchen and dining hall straight ahead.
We’ll also connect via a whats app group where we can arrange carpooling or group pick up from the airports.
For public transport, both train stations – Glen Eden and Sunnyvale are only 5 minutes away by car.

Land
Bella Rakha is set located in Oratia Valley, at the base of the Waitakere Ranges. Bella Rakha has 32 acres, with about 12 acres of park like grounds, and 20 acres of native bush. They are bounded on the eastern side by Oratia Stream, which crosses under the sculpture bridge halfway down the driveway. There are large fields and clearings, native bush land, gardens and a beautiful stream walk.
What To Bring
Massage linen/or sarongs to use when practicing (more will be shared nearer to the training)
A thin muslin cloth to cover the buttocks for coccyx massage.
Pen and notepad
Comfortable loose clothing
Something special and personal to place on the altar
Towel for swimming in the river
Ear plugs for sleeping in shared rooms
